Our Team

Owner Marvin Gauci heads up the team, introducing the Front of House Manager, Alice Guerrini and Head Chef Sergi Huerga Marin. Marvin brings with him years of experience from first-class restaurants both in Malta and abroad, to create another outstanding establishment, where exquisite food and attentive service remain top priority.

The front of house team is presented by Alice Guerrini, and with Head Chef Serge Huerga Marin in the kitchen, one can look forward to an exciting culinary experience.
